V Partners
V Partner
“With a team, we can build a business. With a family, we can build an empire.” This is VP Sharfun Shaikh’s mantra, as she continues to impact thousands upon thousands of lives around the world with her brand of leadership.
But before transforming into the inspiring V Partner that we know of today, she was Sharfun, the real estate company chief executive. In fact, she had been working in the corporate world for over a decade before she entered network marketing. Despite what most would say is “a successful career”, she believed that this was not enough, and she could do a lot more. “I knew there was a glass ceiling. I understood that this is not going to take me where I really want to go.” On top of this lack of satisfaction, she felt that she did not have enough time to spend with her family given her very busy schedule. “The number one priority in my life is my parents. There was a realization that hit that if I continue doing what I was doing, I will never have time for them.” Because of these reasons, she did not hesitate to sign up when QNET made its way into her life. “Without even knowing how it will be, without any guarantees, I was ready to grab the opportunity that came my way.” As she began her journey, VP Dev was one of her biggest mentors that showed her the ropes in network marketing. Thanks to his guidance, she quickly learned some very important lessons about the business, such as the importance of embracing failures, overcoming her internal battles, and not doing things on her own. She is proud to say that she still applies these every day as she serves as one of our esteemed V Partners. “I am always looking forward to contribute even more, continue making a difference, create more achievers, and pass on all my learnings.” Anchored on our Founder’s DNA of RYTHM (Raise Yourself To Help Mankind) and their values of love, loyalty, and service, VP Sharfun remains to be a source of wisdom for her global family, pushing them to always give their all to realise their biggest dreams. “Everything can be acquired, anything can be achieved, if you are willing to put in the effort.”
