For Joseph “Japadas” Bismark, wisdom is wealth, all who have wisdom and generously share it to everyone are counted as rich. A firm believer in the company’s core DNA - Raise Yourself To Help Mankind, Mr Bismark desires to live a life dedicated to help people regardless of their economic, social, or racial backgrounds. He considers success as “finding your real purpose in life.”

His journey with The V started in 1998 when he co-founded the QI Group of Companies, a multinational conglomerate with Malaysian entrepreneur Dato Sri Vijay Eswaran in 1998. The concept was to build their own direct selling company by marrying the concept of network marketing with e-commerce. In a span of 12 months, they became household names in the industry with strong markets in Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia. The QI Group has become a diversified company.

Mr. Bismark’s spiritual background and innate leadership qualities have given him the strength to manage the various roles that he plays within the group. His entry into the business world came when he was working as a martial arts instructor at a major university in the Philippines. That was when he got introduced to Dato Sri Vijay Eswaran, Founder. Their shared interests in Vedic Philosophy and spirituality brought them together. Shortly afterwards, a small network marketing company was formed which today has grown into a global business.

In June 2010, he added “author” to his already impressive dossier with the release of his first book, The Gem Collection. The book detailed life lessons, inspirational stories, and insights on harnessing the unbelievable power your mind. In 2012, he published another book titled The Daily Gem.
