Along his decades-long journey, these people helped him let go of the “invisible steel ball” that was holding him back, allowing him to move forward without fear or worry. “I built a relationship with them, and these people around me, from the Founders, the V Partners, and the rest of our family, was there for me during my early days and allowed me to continue to grow with them.”

AVP Devaraj learned much from the Founders, who continuously pushed him way beyond the capacity of what he thought he could do. Even through what he described as their toughest times, they were able to share their wisdom and optimism, teaching him that challenges can be blessings when viewed from a different perspective.

He feels nothing but excitement for the many more years to come, as he believes that is it their turn as V Ambassadors to continue what the Founders have started. “The next generation, who are young, will come in and will need to be guided, so that they too would see the philosophy of our Founders, and that the company can continue to grow.” With everything he has learned from his chosen family, AVP Devaraj promises to do everything he can to fulfill this responsibility.
