Big dreams are what led VP Mohannad Qais to success. “My dreams are bigger than any challenge. Taking that first step into making your dreams come true might seem difficult, but there’s no way to be successful if you don’t do it.”

VP Mohannad also emphasises the importance of believing in your dream, “You have to believe in your dreams so that they will come true. Not just your dreams, but others, too.” He claims that belief in your dream will create passion, and this passion will touch peoples’ hearts, which will help them realise their own dreams. He believes in carrying this passion all the time, which he learned from Chief Pathman Senathirajah.

Becoming a V Partner isn’t a challenge for VP Mohannad. Instead, he sees it as an opportunity to help more people achieve their dreams. “These are the tools I have so I can help other people live better lives. I can only say that I’ve succeeded if I see the joy in the eyes of my team after showing them the path to their own success.”
