She described her past life as very unfulfilling: "I was an Electrical Consultant for building services -- worked 12 hours a day and spent long hours in construction sites [...].

Yes, I had a great boss, challenging job, but [it] just wasn't alive. My life was very mechanical and yet I didn't have much left in my bank account at the end of the month after paying my house, car, and bills."

Her greatest pride and joy is Team NorthStar. It was built in 2007, born out of her determination to scale greater heights.

After experiencing the monotonous grind of her previous employment, she wants more than ever to share her blessings with as many people as possible. "I truly believe network marketing is the best thing that can happen to anyone and being a part of a great system is the best gift in life!"

For leisure, AVP Kalai loves to read, paint, write, travel, cook for her family, and discover new things. "Colours, flowers, nature can get me hooked for hours. These are where I spend my time."
