In February 2008, V Partner Pathman Senathirajah was appointed to hold the post of Managing Director for THE V, after serving as its Executive Director for one year and a half.

A world-class trainer and a certified V Partner, Pathman Senathirajah, remains to be a force to be reckoned with in the industry. Aside from his top-calibre training skills which he utilises to empower networkers worldwide, VMD Pathman channels much of his energy in building and training new customer groups. This he does with much passion because he strongly believes that network marketing business in itself is based on relationships – creating, cultivating, and nurturing them.

And with the very important role of V Managing Director, he continues to fulfill his mission of bridging the gap between two seemingly opposing worlds: networking and the corporate environment.

A challenge that Mr. Pathman is more than happy to take on because according to him, “If I can succeed in passing on our vision to the core people in the organisation by making them realise that everything they do will in some way or another affect the lives of 3 million people around the world, then I believe we can truly call ourselves a global empire.”

Mr. Pathman is a graduate of the University of London and he held a position in the legal profession for quite sometime before he worked full-time in network marketing. Together with his brother, V Partner Sathi, he was able to establish his own team aptly called Generation Gold (GENGOLD), which supports thousands of network partners worldwide.

His first book Even a Moron With a Dream… was launched at V-Malaysia 2009.

Pathman names his mentors Dato’ Vijay Eswaran and GMD Joseph Bismark among the people he admires most.
