PART 1
I started with the company eight years ago. I was able to strengthen my belief in the business by researching on the company and its products. I was able to get brochures and articles about the business and was able to equip myself with enough knowledge about the company. I trained myself on how to present properly. Most importantly, I identified my dream, my compelling reason for entering this business which helped me stay focused and eventually succeed.
I recommend getting all the training materials being offered in VTCs like the DVDs. IRs should attend trainings and presentations given by the top leaders in the business. This would help greatly in emulating only the best. Basically being a “sponge” for learning is all you need for you overcome struggles like questions on your credibility as well as the company’s.
PART 2
To keep me going, First I worked on my belief which is the foundation of success. Belief on myself, what I can do and belief in Questnet. I saw Questnet as a vehicle for me to help me achieve my DREAMS. My commitment was - I will do whatever it takes to make my DREAMS a reality. I understood there is a price to pay and it is part of success. I made sure I learned as much as I can to equip myself. I attended every V-Conference. Training was paramount to me and I made sure I also trained the team I was developing.
