Voices: AVP Dr. Motaz Qais

Dr. Motaz Qais

PART 1

When I joined QuestNet, I was very eager to make money. I was back in Dubai from Egypt, where I wanted to pursue my Master's Degree in Dentistry, and the need to make money was my top priority. I had to work hard and jumpstart that first cheque because it means there will be a second, third, fourth cheque? a cheque every week! It was more than enough to secure my studies. And before I could do that, I had to work a lot.

To be successful in this business, I had to master the Business Presentation. To fast track this, I attended the Business Presentation, took notes, studied the details and practised the presentation for one whole day by myself! As I practised, I became more and more passionate. I made a strong impact in my presentations and started working more with my Downlines. I also worked with other IRs who had the same passion as I did and who wanted to become a success like I am now. Soon my network and business started growing - sign-up after sign-up after sign-up!

If there was an equation to define my success with QuestNet, it would be:
Knowledge + Passion + Team = SUCCESS
KNOWLEDGE:
Rewind and Play! Master the Business Presentation and practise, practise, practise; PLUS
PASSION:
Maintain the same level of passion and commitment for the business and inspire others; PLUS
TEAM:
Never ever work alone! There are so many people out there who want to be a success like you; EQUALS
SUCCESS:
Dream! As you work towards your dreams, your business will work towards you? in the form of cheques!

PART 2

As a networker, it was advantageous for me to have control over my time. I decide when I want to work and how I want to work. Sounds good but it's really not that easy. Choosing when to work and how to work may seem like an advantage, but let me give you my advice:

It takes a lot of DISCIPLINE to make Network Marketing work for you. There will be times you may find yourself lazy or be complacent in taking your time because you don?t feel any pressure. But without discipline, you can end up not working at all!

It is important to keep in touch with your REASONS. Why are you doing this business? Are you supporting a family? Do you want to enjoy the many luxuries life has to offer? We all have our different reasons. Whatever they may be, always look at these reasons to keep you going.

Create a FINANCIAL PLAN and SIGN it. A financial plan defines your reasons or goals in monetary terms. It is your commitment to yourself that you are working towards a rewarding financial plan to fuel your reasons for doing the business.

Finally, follow a DAILY ROUTINE. To sustain your growing business, regularly and religiously do the following EVERYDAY:
1. READ
I read a lot of Network Marketing books. This helped me understand not just the business but the entire industry.
2. MAKE NEW FRIENDS
Because new friends mean new prospects.
3. PRESENT & CALL
... to your new prospects!
4. SPEND TO EARN
You must really need to spend for those coffees & phone calls. When you give, you receive.

This is my experience. Learn from it.

PART 3

Building your business also means building your team. For me, building my team means giving moral, spiritual and self-development support. I have witnessed networkers in this industry lose track of these three and it has affected their business significantly. Remember, a real networker should be honest, trustworthy & morally good.

To keep my team on the right track, I support them in the following areas:
1. Have The Right Mind Set.
This is a necessity for someone new to the business and coming from an entirely different industry.
2. Have PMA - a Positive Mental Attitude.
Our business requires a high level of positive thinking. Be optimistic. Networkers face a lot of rejection in this new career.
3. Learn The Industry.
Contrary to popular belief, Network Marketing is a big industry. There are a lot of available materials to utilize for networkers to learn more about the business.
4. Create A Team.
Duplication is always the way to go.
5. Manage Others.
They must learn how to manage their own teams as I have managed them, with their cooperation.
6. Level Up.
There are many stages towards becoming a successful team player. And I am here to push them from one level to another.
7. Attend Training Events.
There is a lot to learn when one participates in training events attended by fellow networkers.

If someone stops learning, he stops growing.

PART 4

The past 10 years have been filled with experiences rich in leadership, teamwork, integrity, commitment and service among others. I have formed many teams in my organisation and have served them with all my heart and soul. I made it my personal mission to teach them the morals of Network Marketing.

I have always believed that QuestNet is the only Network Marketing Company offering products that are unique and hard-to-find. As part of my commitment to the company, I actively participated in QuestNet's pursuit of high-quality, marketable products (Dome of the Rock coin and watch; Imam Ali Mosque coin & pendant) to inspire, encourage, motivate and push the network to achieve their dreams.

QuestNet's Business Opportunity & Marketable Products are a perfect combination leading to a successful Network Marketing business. In the next 10 years, I can see myself becoming more involved and ever ready to embark on another decade of doing the following:
- Teach teams the morals of ethical Network Marketing
- Conduct regular trainings by The V to different categories of networkers
- Build a stronger relationship between Corporate & the Network to foster a much improved teamwork.

My loyalty and commitment to the company remains unfazed. The next 10 years will be filled with fascinating stories of success and achievements and we will all be a part of this successful business!
