The ISB Bootcamp Team Activities

The InService Brotherhood Bootcamp prepares all its graduates to become servant leaders. But becoming a servant leader is not an individual undertaking. A true servant leader must learn, act, and make important decisions based on his team as well. This is precisely the reason why the Bootcamp emphasizes the need for teamwork by allowing the participants of the training to undergo all sorts of teamwork activities.

These teamwork activities train the InService to act accordingly during V events. Being part of the crew in V Events means that an ISB member should be able to work with any group of people, for any purpose. The team activities held during the Bootcamp prime the InService members for whatever kind of V Event.

Being part of a team means being at your very best for the sake of the group. This entails watching out for your team members, making personal sacrifices, letting go of inhibitions, and exercising one's full potential and capacity. To Direct Manolette Gonzales, "the teambuilding activities are done in order to build a brotherhood with a solid foundation, and really bond everyone together."
