'My life was full of wondering and what ifs. I have lived my day to day life knowing something big was waiting for me. It felt like I was meant to be part of something big but, I just didn't know what it was. Until, I found The V' VC Cynthia Nilam confessed of her past before The V.

Behind her duties, VC Cynthia is an inborn child of wonder who likes to watch the likes of movies which inspires her soul. Movies which moves and help better our surrounding. Some of her favorite movies are Pay it Forward, Karate Kid, and Brave Heart.

From her choice of movies, people are allowed to witness the type of personality Cynthia has. Strong willed and filled with destiny.

When asked about her idols and role models, VC Cynthia expectedly expressed her appreciation and idolization for VMP Dato' Vijay Eswaran in terms of leadership and leading the path in this industry. But, her role model in life is none other than Mother Theresa.

In life, Cynthia continuously practices what she has learned in her very first ISB. It was further more explored when Cynthia joined ISB Advance. 'The whole training in ISB Advanced has helped me to understand myself better to redirect my life's purpose and goals.' Moving forward and talking about her experiences Cynthia expressed that immersing herself in a pool of different people reminded her to stay grounded despite success. 'This process always teaches me to leave behind my ego. To accept that there are more greatness in this world and to learn from all leaders in ISB.'

To adjust, adapt and accommodate is her foundation of values and in each given day she follows her motto in life. 'Live my life to the best as if I had only 7 days to live!'
