The Importance of Being Trustworthy

In our recent coffee session, V Partner Kuna Senathirajah shares the stage with two other V Partners, VP Cherian Mathew and VP David Sharma. Together, they conveyed some important topics that would definitely help any networker remain in the business.

VP Kuna Senathirajah began by raising the question, “What would you say to a person who’s in the business for less than two years?” For someone who’s only getting started, VP Cherian Mathew emphasizes how important it is to trust your upline and the system that he or she has established. A system is a set of methods that if followed thoroughly, will yield good results.

The biggest question is not about whether you are following the system or if you are doing your best. VP David Sharma highlights that your success mainly depends on how much you trust your upline and how trustworthy you are in return. As Chief Pathman Senathirajah mentioned, “You need to believe in me just as much as I need to believe in you.”

You have to believe in your upline’s vision and beliefs. Always remember, your upline’s goal is to take you towards success along with him.
