We had 30 InService present
for We Are One! Bahrain: 4 in Registration, 6 in Gate Keeping, 1 for
Transportation, 3 in F&B/Hospitality, 8 in Security/Lightning, 3 in
Hall setting, 3 in Music & A/V, 1 as Time Keeper and 1 for
Logistics. There were also several of us who multi-tasked and performed
more than just one function.
We conducted two InService
meetings prior to the event: one was a general meeting with all the
InService and another was a viewing of the venue two days before the
event was to take place.
Our main priorities for this
event were Hall Setting, Registration and VIP and Event Security, which
is why we assigned more people to these departments.
One challenge that we faced
was getting everyone there on time and to understand their roles, so we
worked very close to everyone to help them understand. Some of the
InService were called out at the last minute, but we made sure that
there would always be someone who could cover for them.
