Synopsis:

When Jamaican sprinter Derice Bannock was disqualified to the Olympic Games due to a silly accident, he envisioned the chance to participate as a bobsledder. Irving Blitzer disgraced himself as a coach by putting extra weights into his team's bob in the Olympics. As a result, his gold medal was taken away from him.

Years later, Derice Bannock hears of Irving Blitzer living also in Jamaica. After some starting problems, the first Jamaican bobsledding team is formed and heads for Calgary. In the freezing weather, Derice, Sanka, Junior, and Yul are only laughed at, since nobody takes a Jamaican bobsledding team led by a disgraced trainer seriously. Being proud of where they came from and taking their dreams to the next level, Team Jamaica stood out and took pride in being different. The film is a hilarious joy ride set on the slopes of the Calgary Winter Games.
