ways to make it affordable:
- Have some in season crops in your backyard
Growing your own
vegetables or fruits can be a challenge. It entails patience and
determination. If you do not have much space in your home, you can plant
herbs on small containers.
- Plant sprouting seeds
Sprouting seeds are a good source of enzymes amino acids and phytochemicals. Phytochemicals have been shown to have a role in preventing cancer.

Here you can find a wide variety of organic food at a reasonable cost.
- Bulk Buying
Buying in bulk
can help you save a lot!. But make sure to have enough storage space and
that the vegetables are stored in right condition.
Aside from watching your food intake, one must also invest
time in proper exercise. There are many different exercise routines that
do not require bulky equipments and several hours in the gym. But
before doing these simple exercises be sure to do warm up first.
- Squats
Have at least 10 to 20 times for 2 or 3 sets put your feet at shoulder width while facing forward and squat down-and-up.
- Push-up
This is a good exercise for the chest and arms. Do 2 or 3 sets of 20 pushups to build arm strength.
- Jumping Jacks
This is an excellent cardiovascular exercise. Do 4 or 5 sets of 20 jumping jacks, or as needed.
