Core ISB Roles

CORE INSERVICE ROLES AND FUNCTIONS

1. Chief Facilitator (Chief)
  • Over-All Head
  • Head Facilitator

2. No. 1
  • Main Responsibility is to ensure that the aggregate tasks assigned to the whole InService Team are carried out by the respective Department Heads, to the letter.

3. No. 2
  • No 1’s second-in-command
  • Primary task is to ensure that the whole operation runs smoothly by coordinating closely with the Crew Chief and the Assistant Crew Chiefs

4. Intel
  • Intel is mainly responsible for Dato’ Vijay Eswaran’s welfare.
  • Main task is to organize the timing/s of Dato’ Vijay’s trainings, meetings and interviews.

5. XO
  • Main task is to look after the Chief
  • Involves making sure that the Chief fulfills his responsibility to the network with undivided focus and attention.

6. CC (Crew Chief)
  • In charge of 12 departments, which essentially include Food and Beverage, Set-up, Security, Wellness, Communications, Logistics and InService Welfare, among others.

7. ACC1 (Assistant Crew Chief 1)
  • In charge of the F&B, Communications, In-Service Welfare and Materials Departments.

8. ACC2 (Assistant Crew Chief 2)
  • Responsible for the heads of Security, Hospitality, Baggage and Logistics

9. ACC3 (Assistant Crew Chief 3)
  • Responsible for looking after the Translation, Set-Up, Gate keeping and Wellness Departments.

10. Direct
  • In charge of pre-production, actual production and post production
  • Directs and Runs the program throughout the event

11. Shadow
  • Main task is to execute the Chief’s orders
  • Also responsible for the AV (audio-visual) and music set-up.
